Samantha Moshiri, M.A. LMFT #101985
After working in several clinical settings, including a residential treatment program, an outpatient mental health clinic, a sexual trauma clinic, and a partial hospitalization program, I have dedicated myself to private practice, where I see individuals and families virtually throughout the state of California. While I open my doors to all, I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders, as well as clients struggling with depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
I believe that in order to heal one must feel seen and understood. Thus, I strive to meet clients with compassion exactly where they are at and to provide them with tools they can use in their lives.
I have completed trainings in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and possess a certificate in EMDR for the treatment of trauma.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, an eating disorder, or relationship issues, I hope you know that it can get better. Reaching out for support can be intimidating, but your courage has taken you this far! I would love to meet with you to learn more about your specific needs and goals.
You can do hard things, but you don’t have to do them alone.
